More details are continuing to emerge regarding the signing of Devis Vasquez from Club Guarani which should be made official very soon.
Tuttosport (via MilanNews) reports that Milan closed the outright purchase of Vasquez and yesterday morning he underwent his routine medical checks and then went to Casa Milan to sign his contract.
The signing of the young Colombian appeared to come completely out of the blue as he was not linked prior to the stories that emerged suggesting it is a done deal, but Ricky Massara strongly wanted him and in the end he has got his wish.
Meanwhile, La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) are reporting that the goalkeeper will today the player will return to Colombia today to complete the last bureaucratic steps and in about ten days he will fly back to Italy and be available to Stefano Pioli.
In the meantime, Vasquez has chosen his shirt number and he will wear number 77, as per the paper.
